Flourish brings about 225 calligraphers, faculty and volunteers to Calgary for four days of workshops, and the vendor market is where they spend their breaks (and their budgets). We're keeping it small on purpose: just twelve tables, chosen by category, so every table has its own lane.

Thursday through Sunday, October 14 to 17, 2027, alongside the workshops, keynotes and evening events.
Lunch is on us Thursday through Sunday. Nobody sells their best on an empty stomach.
Load in and set up any time on Wednesday, October 13. No 6 am scramble before doors open.
We choose vendors by category, so you're not stuck next to someone selling exactly what you sell.
We'll introduce our vendors to attendees before and during the festival on @flourishlettersandart.

Fill in the vendor application and pay with it. Your payment holds your place in line.
We check your category and products. If it isn't a fit or the category is taken, you get a full refund.
Set up any time on Wednesday, October 13. Take your time and make it gorgeous.
Four days, October 14 to 17, with lunch on us every day.

Twelve, inside the Experience Hall. We're keeping the market small so every vendor gets real attention. Sponsors' tables come from the same twelve, so book early.
A Standard table is $450 and a Premium table is $650, plus GST. Premium gets you one of only two spots by the entrance and coffee, a Calligraphy Compass listing, two social media posts and a gift bag insert.
Each vendor gets one 8-foot table.
Your table, all four selling days (Thursday to Sunday, October 14 to 17, 2027), lunch every day, and all-day load-in on Wednesday, October 13.
Apply and pay through the vendor application. Your payment holds your place while we review it. If you're not accepted, or your category is already taken, we refund you in full.
So attendees get a great mix, and so you're not competing with the table next door. Once a category is filled, it's closed.
